Remembering Gordon

Gordon was a much-loved director of ICEH and hugely well-respected across the eye care world. Part of his mission was a committment to training others in global eye health. The ICEH Master’s course supports exceptional candidates from around the world to develop careers in research and leadership. Many are from low and middle-income countries (LMICs) and are unable to study without scholarship support. 

A donation will help to support a ‘Gordon Johnson’ scholar to study on the Master’s course, allowing an eye health professional from an LMIC to begin a research career and benefit patients in their local area, improving eye health and reducing blindness for many more people.
